EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Short version: wrong size? We'll swap it. Something actually wrong with the tee? We'll make it right.

EXCHANGES (SIZE OR FIT)

Ordered an M when you're clearly an L? It happens. You can exchange any unworn, unwashed tee with tags intact within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per order. You cover the return shipping; we cover shipping the replacement back to you. Exchanges are subject to stock in the size you want.

To start an exchange, email us at starnovahq@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the tee, and we'll send return instructions.

REFUNDS

For our first drop we're running exchange-only on size and change-of-mind returns. This keeps our prices where they are.

That said, you get a full refund, no questions, if the tee arrives damaged, stained or torn; if the print is defective, cracked, misaligned or fading out of the box; if you received the wrong design, size or colour; or if your order never arrives.

In those cases email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, and you won't need to ship anything back in most cases.

WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT

Tees that have been worn, washed, altered or had tags removed. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery. Damage from normal wear, incorrect washing, or ironing directly over the print.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production, which is usually within 12 hours of ordering. After that the tee is already being printed for you and we can't pull it back.

A NOTE ON PRINTING

Every tee is printed to order. Minor variation in print placement of a few millimetres is normal and not considered a defect. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
